1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website or booking services with Balanced Rock Outfitters, LLC, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

Balanced Rock Outfitters provides guided hunting experiences and related outdoor services in Oklahoma.

All hunts are subject to availability, weather conditions, wildlife regulations, and safety considerations.

3. Booking & Payments

  • Hunts are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • A deposit may be required to reserve dates.

  • Full payment deadlines will be communicated at booking.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed.
     

4. Licensing & Legal Compliance

Clients are responsible for:

  • Obtaining required hunting licenses and permits

  • Following all local, state, and federal wildlife laws

  • Complying with guide instructions and safety requirements

Failure to comply may result in termination of the hunt without refund.
 

5. Assumption of Risk

Outdoor and hunting activities involve inherent risks including:

  • Firearms use

  • Terrain hazards

  • Wildlife encounters

  • Weather conditions

By booking services, clients acknowledge and accept these risks.
 

6. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Balanced Rock Outfitters, LLC shall not be liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in guided hunts except in cases of proven gross negligence.

Participants may be required to sign an additional liability waiver prior to the hunt.
 

7. Conduct & Safety

The Company reserves the right to remove any participant who:

  • Acts unsafely

  • Violates laws or regulations

  • Is under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol

  • Disrupts the experience of others

No refund will be issued in these cases.
 

8. Media Release

Unless otherwise requested in writing, participants grant permission for photos or videos taken during hunts to be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
 

9. Website Content

All website content, images, logos, and materials are the property of Balanced Rock Outfitters, LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
 

10. Limitation of Liability

The website is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States.
